Appointment Cancellation

Navarro Orthodontix strives to give the very best in care to all our patients. That is why we ask for each patient to be courteous and give at least 24 hours advance notice if cancelling an appointment. If however, this is not possible, we understand and ask that you still call and let us know if you can not make your scheduled appointment, even if the 24 hour window before your appointment has passed. This allows us to set your appointment for another patient who may be needing an earlier appointment or a better time, allowing us to give the best service to all our patients.

Insurance

Navarro Orthodontix is in network with Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Guardian, Humana and MetLife and is currently in the process of enrolling with more carriers. We are enrolled with most Texas Medicaid DMOs and accept transfer patients. We have excellent discount plans for private pay patients. Payment Plans

Even if you have the best dental insurance coverage, you may not have 100% orthodontic coverage. Navarro Orthodontix has cost effective payment plans to fit your budget. Once you discuss your treatment plan with your treatment coordinator, you will also discuss payment plans. If at any time during the course of treatment your insurance is cancelled, your contract will be modified to reflect the balance of the insurance balance becoming your balance. At that time, your payment plan can be altered as well to best suit your needs to meet the obligations without adversely affecting treatment. As always, the best in patient treatment is always the primary goal.

Payment Methods

Life is complex and full of responsibilities, which is why we at Navarro Orthodontix strive to make your orthodontic care as simple as possible. We accept multiple forms of payment including cash, debit as credit and credit cards. We can even set up recurring payments to set your mind at ease to avoid late payments.

Food and Beverages

Due to OSHA regulations in place for the health and safety of our patients, food or drinks are not allowed in the clinic area.
